About Mike

Mike and his wife live in Fishkill and chose to make the Hudson Valley their home because of its strong communities, beauty of the Hudson Highlands, and small town character.
Mike currently serves as Senior Director of Programs and Strategy at Toxic-Free Future, a national environmental health research and advocacy organization where he leads national campaigns to protect the health of American families from cancer-causing chemicals. He previously worked at the Center for Health, Environment & Justice and Citizens’ Environmental Coalition, and holds a degree in Environmental Studies from SUNY Buffalo.
For more than 25 years, Mike has fought to protect working people, safeguard clean water, and hold powerful corporations accountable.
He has led national campaigns to phase out toxic PFAS forever chemicals from consumer products and packaging, helping drive safer policies at tens of thousands of stores across the country, including right here in Fishkill.
